In the living room, besides the eating corner, there are two leather armchairs and a sofa, a Home Cinema System with DVD/CD player and radio receiver (satellite) and satellite TV (Britisch channels from the Sky satellite and Dutch and German channels from the Astra Satellite).
Together with an air-conditioning unit for both warming and cooling, an Electrical fireplace
and a Butane gas heater are available for colder moments.

Stairs connect to the 2nd floor.
