At the top of the stairs, to the richt, is the door to the terrace (14 m²) at the front of the apartment. This terrace faces on the south and sheltered on three sides, is ideal in spring, autumn and winter.
There is a small view of the sea.
Sun beds are available, so you can enjoy the sun.

Terrace at the rear (1st floor). On the left you see the entrance terrace
